  1. What do you mean Try before you buy?
    It is sometimes difficult to decide whether or not a product you buy online will look good once you get it home. Therefore we have adopted a system that allows you to upload a photo of a room in your house, then select a product you are considering to purchase, and too simply drop it into your photo with the ability to resize and place it anywhere within your photo.
    This process we hope will help you decide whether or not our product suits your home without the headaches.

  2. Are all your products available through this system?
    At the moment we are trialing the system with a few items, mainly the Vases, we will add new products as and when required.

  3. I signed up but I haven't got my password yet?
    It can take approximately 5 minutes to arrive, although in 99% of cases it will arrive almost instantly after clicking "sign up", but depending on your network or email account it may be delayed.
    Please also check JUNK or SPAM folders incase it's in there. To avoid delays and to ensure the password arrives straight to your inbox, please add noreply@ozaru.com to your contacts list.

  4. Can I use my account details from the Ozaru store to access this system?
    Unfortunately not, this is an independent system. Therefore access details for this site are unusable on Ozaru and vice versa.

  5. I cannot see the upload button?
    It is essential that you are using the latest versions of Internet Explorer or Firefox. The following items must be enabled on your browser:

    • Cookies
    • Javascript

  6. What type of photo can I upload?
    You can upload JPG, PNG or GIF images.

  7. What is the maximum photo size I can upload?
    You can upload photos that are less than 5MB in size. Most 6 to 10 megapixal digital cameras will save a photo at around 4MB so you won't need to mess around reducing file sizes before uploading.

  8. Who can see my photo once it's uploaded?
    Only you, the account owner will be able to view your photo. Therefore keep your account details safe.

  9. How do I move the product into my photo?
    Move the mouse pointer over the product photo. While keeping the mouse button clicked on the product, drag the mouse around the page, the product will move with the mouse, let go of the mouse button to drop the product.

  10. How do I resize the product photo?
    Hold the [SHIFT] key first, move the mouse pointer over the product, then click and hold the mouse button and drag the mouse up or down.

  11. Where can I leave comments, feedback or suggestions for this system?
